Cancellation Policy

FlipKidz YXE No Refund Policy: We at FlipKidz YXE are committed to providing quality services and educational experiences to all our students. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding financial transactions, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy: 1. Refund Period: The refund period extends for the first week of classes from the official start date of the term or program. 2. Refund Eligibility: Only requests submitted within the refund period will be considered eligible for a refund. 3. Refund Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administrator within the designated refund period. Requests must include the student's full name and program. 4. Refund Approval: Refunds will be approved only under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the student's control, and are subject to the discretion of FlipKidz YXE.
