Cancellation Policy

FlipKidz YXE No Refund Policy: We at FlipKidz YXE are committed to providing quality services and educational experiences to all our students. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding financial transactions, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy: 1. Refund Period: The refund period extends for the first week of classes from the official start date of the term or program. 2. Refund Eligibility: Only requests submitted within the refund period will be considered eligible for a refund. 3. Refund Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administrator within the designated refund period. Requests must include the student's full name and program. 4. Refund Approval: Refunds will be approved only under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the student's control, and are subject to the discretion of FlipKidz YXE. 5. Refund Amount: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2 (two) business days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be determined based on the tuition fees paid, minus any applicable administrative fees or non-refundable deposits. 6. Non-Refundable Items: Certain fees or charges, including but not limited to application fees, registration fees, technology fees, and late fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. 7. No Refunds Beyond First Week: No refunds will be issued for any reason beyond the first week of classes. Once the first week has elapsed, all tuition fees and associated charges become non-refundable. 8. Appeals: Students may appeal a refund decision by submitting a written appeal to the administrator. Appeals must include compelling reasons and supporting documentation. The decision of the appeals committee is final. By enrolling in any program or course offered by FlipKidz YXE students/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this No Refund Policy.
